Obviously we’re very happy with what you did for us, and the only regret I have is not working with you sooner (I knew that was a mistake) I’ve always appreciated your counsel and guidance, and more than anyone I’ve worked with I learn from you each time I ask you questions. Your ability to negotiate and navigate the process (probably much more behind the scenes than I see) is especially impressive. We will post on your Yelp site shortly (didn’t know you had one!), attesting to the above. You’re the best!
