What can we say!?…..you basically did everything. You planted the seed for us to quietly sell, you brought potential buyers, you found one and closed the deal. All we did was pick up our home (yarn & clutter (tried to at least)), keep it clean and orderly and accommodate the buyer. Super easy. Pain free. What I really liked was how comfortable I felt with you. I liked that I could say anything and you didn’t freak out while I might have freaked out. I liked that one day I decided to hand you keys and then went from there. You were exactly what we wanted in an agent. Open, honest, real. Never pushy. The only bad thing…perhaps a little follow up. Like, hi guys, what’s up? You homeless?
