As a previous brokerage partner and as a Sotheby’s International Realty representative, I and my team make a serious commitment to all of our clients. That personal commitment is to listen closely, speak honestly, negotiate aggressively and lead with our clients’ best interests in mind. This applies to both our selling and buying clientele and is testimony to the $500,000,000+ of residential sales over the past 17 years. Capitalizing on 24 years of real estate and corporate marketing expertise and a diversity of sales experience, we make it a point to employ unique measures to ensure our clients’ properties stand out from the proverbial crowd.
We take great care in representing our clients’ distinctive properties, protecting our clients’ valuable time and managing their expectations while delivering on their objectives. Our commitment is to protect your most significant asset, so your priorities become our own and your investment is considered our responsibility to protect. We negotiate to win on every occasion, yet always in an ethical framework that places the highest regard on the reputation of our clients and their properties.
When I’m not selling real estate, I’m advocating for environmental causes both in the Northern California area and nationally. On the side, I can be found behind the lens of my 35mm camera shooting the sights and scenes of San Francisco or behind the net in a competitive game of tennis…or perfecting the art of the perfect espresso behind my manual 1905 La Pavoni espresso maker.
History: I joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2009 and previously was named McGuire Real Estate Partner in 2004. I was the #1 top producing agent at McGuire Real Estate (Downtown) in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2007. Since joining Sotheby’s International Realty, I’ve consistently ranked in the top 5% of all San Francisco Real Estate Agents in terms of sales production (Sotheby’s does not rank it’s agents as a matter of professional course).
