We are very aware of how much work was involved in getting the loft ready for the market, and it is deeply appreciated. Rob, you asked for constructive criticism, but, we don’t have any. The process went so smoothly, you were so available at any time, for whatever reason, that the whole process was deceptively easy for us! You were the one doing all the “heavy lifting”. You were always checking in with us, and consequently, always met our needs as the sellers. Your work ethic is beyond reproach and we thank you for the fine job selling our property.
