Our experience working with you was once again, positive all around. Before the sale process, you came over one night for a walk through, told me to make a few changes, and got the place on the market about a week later. And then sold the place one week after that for 350k over asking. You explained the whole process clearly, helped navigate the various offers and dealt with them in a tough, but respectful way. When it got a little stressful towards the end, with the buyer’s loan taking a little longer to go through, you had a backup offer waiting on the side just in case. Thankfully it was not needed, as you were persistent with the buyer’s agent and loan officer. Until buying a home is as easy as buying a burrito, I can’t imagine it could have gone any smoother or with a better overall outcome. We both hope to work with you again when we return to San Francisco!
