No complaints, all praises. Your professionalism, dedication, hard work, and insightful advice helped us sell our home in a time when the odds were against us. Because of you we got a price per square foot that is beyond what we could’ve gotten with anyone else, I’m sure, and you made everything so easy for us. Despite the numerous stresses of this transactions (soft market, over pay on our end, tough buyers, etc.), I think we got a great price for our pad. More importantly, we felt that you were invested in our success, you provided sound/neutral advice across the board, you explained options clearly, you listened, you believed in our property, and you were easy to deal with. In addition to all that, how many people can actually say they enjoy picking up the phone when their agent calls? You have been so great to us. I honestly can’t think of anything you could do to improve. You’re the best. Thanks for everything.
